This annual award recognizes a REALTOR® member who fully exercises their potential as an entrepreneur and real estate industry leader; and who shares their time, talent and expertise with others in the profession and in the community.
Marguerites’ dedication and contributions to the local Real Estate Community were acknowledge as the reasoning behind the nomination. Not only has Crespillo shined as a Top Performer on a National level, recently listed by The Wall Street Journal and REALTrends amongst the Top 1000 Agents ranking #7 in California and 66th Nationally, but Marguerite has given back to her industry piers by offering weekly training classes to REALTORS looking to sharpen their skills and gain priceless knowledge in a weekly series named, “Tuesday Tune-Up’s”
