This month, we held a Sellstate Leadership Session at our head office in Fort Myers, Florida, open to all Sellstate leaders. The day’s events covered an extensive amount of material and attendees left with a renewed focus in many areas of their business.
Perhaps the biggest news coming out of the event was the introduction of Sellstate’s new Business Analysis & Planning and Executive Development Plan. Introduced during this Leadership Session, the new program is designed to help Sellstate offices grow and continue to increase support for the Real Estate Advisors. The new program is designed in two parts.+

The first is the Sellstate Business Analysis and Planning part, where we discuss the current state of operations, make a determination as to the best adjustments, and decide which current processes should stay as is or be enhanced. The analysis is also designed to determine unproductive tasks that may be slowing down the progress of the office.
Once the analysis is complete, a plan is put in place to get things moving or accelerating in the desired direction.
The second part of the program is the Sellstate Executive Development Plan, where each week those participating send an email with specific information to either CEO Art Darmanin or President Neil Cresswell (determined upon signing up for the program) that will give them a good overview of what is being done on a daily basis.
Every second week, the participants will have a one on one Executive Development Call to discuss what has taken place over the past two weeks and make any necessary adjustments. The call will also serve as an opportunity to discuss any challenges or objections that the office may be facing, or methods of enhancing support, so that together we may work towards overcoming any and all obstacles and strengthen the business for everyone.

This is just a small sample of what took place over the course of the day. We would like to once again thank all those who were able to attend. We are planning on hosting a Sellstate Leadership Session every two to three months with, of course, the Annual Sellstate Leadership Summit once a year. Adding these Sellstate Leadership Sessions as well as the Business Analysis & Planning and Executive Development program are just the latest efforts from Sellstate to support and accelerate the growth of our offices. We look forward to having many more of our leaders join the new program and attend upcoming Sellstate Leadership Sessions.
