The Lee County Building Industry Association recently concluded their annual parade of homes event. The 2015 Parade of Homes™ offers residents and visitors an opportunity to take a self-guided tour through Southwest Florida to view 87 beautiful, furnished model homes from the area’s premier builders.
Beth Stark, an Advisor at Sellstate Achievers in Fort Myers, found an interesting proposal on her local MLS’s website. The homepage hosted an advertisement for The Parade of Homes event which requested assistance from professional real estate Advisors. Beth reached out in curiosity, but didn’t realize how profound of an experience this would convert into. Beth’s background revolved around the world of corporate marketing, in which she regulated $13 million worth of assets for the Barnes and Noble Magazine Department. Beth’s aspiration to directly influence people’s lives soon guided her career into the real estate industry in 2012. She later joined Sellstate Achievers in August of 2013, and her experience with the Sellstate model has been nothing short of amazing:

Beth enjoyed her experience so much that she is attempting to foster a relationship between Sellstate Achievers and the Lee County B.I.A., in order to provide an annual pool of charismatic and highly productive real estate advisors.
