The Sellstate Family continues to grow on a culture of giving back and sharing with those who are less fortunate. The community outreach programs that our members are involved in have brought immense amounts of joy to countless families around the country.
At this year’s annual Sellstate Summit, we proudly awarded the Sellstate Spirit Award to Sellstate Vision Realty owner, Savannah Sheppard, who accepted on behalf of her entire team for their outstanding contributions and support of their community.

While many of our offices and members spent countless hours this past year assisting others in their communities, the team at Sellstate Vision lead the way in showing the true spirit of Sellstate. We’d like to congratulate Savannah Sheppard and her entire team at Sellstate Vision Realty for continuously giving back to their community year round. Their hard work and efforts are greatly appreciated and valued from the entire community and Sellstate family.
Below are a couple highlights of some of the things this tremendous group was able to accomplish:
– Hosted a Back-To-School event where they gave away 100 backpacks, loads of school supplies, and raffled off an Apple Ipad to the community families in need
– Participated in a Trunk or Treat community event for children and families to come together and create lasting memories for years to come
Katelynn Sheppard, Executive Administrator of Vision Realty, mentioned how they pride themselves on community involvement. They truly believe the health of a local community impacts the health and well-being of the business community. Community service does not just create goodwill – it also supports your business’s goals and provides a return on investment through supporting a positive brand reputation.
