This March, Sellstate is bringing broker growth strategy off Zoom and into the room.

We will be hosting two in-person Broker Growth & Recruiting Workshops designed specifically for office owners, brokers, and leadership who are serious about expansion, production culture, and long-term market positioning.

These are not lecture-style sessions. They are working strategy days.

The 20 Brokerage Merger Strategy

Market cycles create consolidation opportunities.

Rather than reacting when a brokerage decides to exit, you can position yourself now as the logical merger partner in your market.

We will cover how to identify potential merger opportunities and how to build respectful, long-term relationships with other brokers so that if and when the day comes, you are the first call.


Recruiting Interview Workshop
